Thirteen years, one material philosophy: restraint.
XENIN Design Studio was founded in 2011 on a simple disagreement with the market around us — that more finish, more ornament and more square footage make a better room. We build the opposite case, one project at a time.
To design spaces that earn their keep for decades — buildings and interiors
that age in character rather than going out of fashion, delivered by a
single team accountable from first sketch to final handover.
To be the studio Dhaka points to when it wants to show what disciplined,
climate-aware, materially honest design looks like at a South Asian scale.
Fewer, better decisions. Materials shown, not disguised. Budgets respected
as a design constraint, not an afterthought. Every drawing signed by
someone who will be on-site to see it built.

Full construction drawings alongside photoreal renders, so every material choice is approved before it's ordered.

Our own site team runs construction against the drawings we made — the people who designed it are the people building it.

Handover & Aftercare
A walkthrough, a maintenance guide specific to your finishes, and a standing invitation to call us in year six, not just year one.

A ninety-minute walk-through of your site or floor plan, where we listen before we sketch. You leave with a scope, a rough budget range, and a timeline — no obligation attached.
Yes. Roughly a third of our work is interior-only — furnishing, joinery and finishes inside a shell someone else built.
Fourteen to twenty-two months for a full house, depending on site conditions and how many custom pieces we're fabricating.
Often. We join as design or interiors lead and coordinate directly with your existing team rather than replacing it.
Interior-only work usually starts around BDT 45 lakh; full architecture-to-handover projects start around BDT 1.8 crore. We'll give you a firm number after the first walk-through.
